Award of Merit Granted to the Loudoun Chapter

The Virginia State Bar (VSB) has announced its grant of an Award of Merit to the Loudoun Chapter of the VWAA. The Chapter will receive the Award at the VSB's Conference of Local and Specialty Bar Association Annual Meeting and Breakfast on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 7:30 a.m. in Virginia Beach, VA.  Loudoun’s award winning program involved its Legal Aid Clinics. As outlined by the VSB, "The group partnered with Legal Services of Northern Virginia (LSNV) to provide evening clinics on topics suggested by LSNV. The first clinic covered uncontested divorces while the second focused on offers in compromise (debt relief). Volunteers worked with LSNV to provide assistance in the areas of greatest need." Congratulations to all involved!
