The Fredericksburg Chapter's 3rd annual Sip and Give was held at Kybecca benefitting Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center on December 12, 2018. Guests were asked to bring a teddy bear and a children's book that were to be gifted to children who are victims or witnesses of crime. Remarks were also made by Safe Harbor Executive Director Elizabeth McNally.
